My name is Julie Cannon and I have been passionate about Holistic Therapies for over 30 years. My journey began in 1990 when I first went to Tai Chai classes and discovered that I could use the 'Chi' energy to heal myself and others. I was running an Holistic Health Centre called 'The Henge' with my Husband in Birmingham when I qualified as a Reflexology Practitioner. I qualified with 'The Midlands Reflexology Academy' in 1998 and have been practicing Reflexology for more than 20 years. I am also a qualified Life Coach, Tai Chi Instructor and Reiki Healer. 

We lived in Wales from 2000 and I continued to practice as a Reflexologist and helped many clients achieve better health and well being. We also ran Holistic Workshops and Training Courses on a wide variety of topics, such as Crystal Healing,  Reflexology, Astrology, Tarot, Dowsing, Aromatherapy and Meditation. My greatest joy is teaching people how to help themselves using complimentary therapies.

Professionally, I was a Legal Advocate and Senior Manager in 

Mental Health and Disability Services for 30 years. I did a lot of work in England and Wales to introduce Holistic Therapies into mainstream disability services.

We moved to Cartagena in Spain in 2012 and I now live in a stunning location in a beautiful Mongolian Yurt called 'The Sanctuary'. It has been a wonderful environment in which to treat my clients over the years and I've also run small workshops on complimentary therapies to help people develop a more positive mental attitude.

I believe I have an intuitive ability to see into the heart of a person; and my diverse knowledge and experience helps me to look beyond symptoms to help my clients look at the root causes of dis-ease and dis-order within the body. 

 I have had a lifelong commitment to bringing alternative therapies more into the general public domain. So the next phase of my own personal development is running a Mobile Reflexology service directly into people's homes.
